A bit more about me
I am a a Registered Associate Nutritionist (ANutr) and a a former NHS GP (MRCGP 2019).
After working with many women who wanted to improve their diets and lifestyle, it became clear that the years of yoyo dieting and constant pursuit of weight loss had taken its toll on their relationship with food. Many women were comfort eating and binge eating and this was something holding them back from the life and health they wanted.
I have completed specialist training in emotional and binge eating coaching, which means I can provide all the tools and support for women who struggle with emotional and binge eating to go on and make a full recovery.

Eating Freely- Training for Professionals in Emotional and Binge Eating
I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2016 and wanted to reduce my chances of the disease returning following surgery. I changed my eating pattern to improve not only my Crohn’s disease but overall health and wellbeing.
This is where my passion for nutrition began, and whilst I enjoyed helping women women eat nourishing, tasty meals, I began to recognise there was a need for more behavioural and psychological support around eating. I knew I wanted to help women break free from emotional and binge eating to truly heal their relationship with food.
Women come to me who have spent years yoyo dieting, feeling stuck, confused and out of control around food. In 12 weeks, I help restore the love of eating back into their lives, restoring the balance and calm deserved when it comes to living a happy, healthy life.
I work as a Registered Associate Nutritionist and offer lifestyle and nutrition coaching to clients. I am not operating as a private GP.
If there are concerns which I feel need medical input, then I will (with your consent) write to your GP regarding these or advise you to speak with you GP.
I am based in North Devon, where I live with my husband and little boy. I will be able to offer consultations via video (zoom/facetime/whatsapp) or phone call.
